These mugs not made with vinyl or drawn on. These mugs have been crafted using professional sublimation printers and inks, and then used in a heat press to permanently place the image on the mug. What does this mean? This means the image will not peel away, fade or scratch off. With that being said, these mugs can be placed in the dishwasher, but for longevity of the mug, we recommend hand washing.
IMPORTANT : All mugs are custom made to order, so please be aware that exchanges and returns are only made if you receive the wrong item, or your mug is defective in some way.
